| The
following is a listing of the Resort's room rates. As you will
discover, the Sea Crest has quite a few different rates for
varying room types. The differences are based on the room's
proximity to our 700-foot private beach, as well as view and
size. A brief description of our room types is listed for your
assistance. |

| Oceanfront |
| These
rooms directly overlook our private beach and are just steps
from the ocean. Each room is equipped with two double beds or
one king bed with a sleep sofa. Each room also has a balcony
or patio facing directly west for the most spectacular sunset
on the East Coast. |

| Oceanside |
| Enjoy
these quiet oceanside rooms that are set back from the beach
and directly face the ocean. Each room is equipped with two
double beds. The semi-private patio connected to the room is
perfect for watching our many beautiful sunsets. |

| Sundeck |
| These
rooms are very spacious with either two double beds or one king
bed and a sleep sofa. These rooms have a balcony or a patio
area just outside the room, separate from its private interior
entrance and are just steps from our private beach. |

| Oceanview |
| These
rooms have what every visitor is looking for "a room with
a view". From these rooms our guests can see the ocean.
These spacious rooms have two double beds. |

| Fireplace |
| These
are our largest guestrooms, each equipped with one king size
bed and a sleep sofa. The gas fireplace comes on with a flick
of a switch. The size of these rooms makes them ideal for families. |

| Standard
Accommodations |
| Our
standard rooms are comfortably appointed, mostly in the main
building of the hotel. These rooms are centrally located near
all of our conference space, restaurants and lounges |
